Terms of Service

These terms govern every purchase made on this store — both one-off cart items and recurring subscriptions. By clicking Pay or Subscribe at checkout you confirm that you have read and agree to them in full.

1. What you're buying

Items sold on this store are digital perks for our Minecraft server: in-game ranks, currency, cosmetics, and subscription-tier benefits. Delivery happens automatically through our plugin once your payment clears and you log in to the server. Most deliveries land within seconds; a few may take a minute or two depending on which backend server you join first.

2. No refunds

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been paid, the order is treated as fulfilled — including all of the following:

• One-off purchases (cart items): no refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges.
• Subscriptions: each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from My Purchases to stop future renewals; the current period stays active until its end date.
• Promotional / sale prices: these reflect a time-limited discount and are also non-refundable.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a goodwill refund in rare cases (duplicate charge, plugin failure that leaves an order undelivered for > 24 hours, etc.). Submit those via our Discord — refunds are not a buyer's right under these terms, only an option we may extend.

3. Server availability

You agree that the store does not promise uninterrupted server uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may delay delivery without affecting the validity of your purchase. Subscriptions remain valid even when the server is briefly offline.

4. Account responsibility

Delivery is bound to the Minecraft UUID of the account you provide as IGN at checkout. You are responsible for:

• Providing the correct IGN. Items delivered to a mistyped account cannot be transferred.
• Keeping your Minecraft account secure. We are not liable for charges made by someone using your computer.
• Being at least 13 years old, or having permission from a parent / guardian to make the purchase.

5. Termination & abuse

We reserve the right to revoke any item, suspend any account, or refuse future purchases from buyers who:

• File chargebacks for legitimate purchases.
• Use stolen payment methods.
• Violate the in-game rules in a way that the rank / perk would otherwise normalize.

We are not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. The store sells permissions and conveniences for the Boxpix network only — not the game itself. Minecraft and the Minecraft brand are trademarks of Mojang Studios.
